R Community Location Details

Container(s) is accepted if they DO NOT: Leak; Catch fire; Crack, break, or melt under high temperature.

Please label each of your containers with the R labels provided or download here.

If you are not a R subscriber, and choose self drop off & pick up service, R labels are provided at any R drop-off points.

If you are not a R subscriber, and choose door-to-door service, you may contact us (email/whatspp/phone) to indicate your scent selection.

Once we have received your container(s), the R Team will undergo the refill process, from cleaning, mixing, and curing. Within 10-14 working days, your candle(s) will be ready for pick up at the store or your designated location.

Our R Specialists will handle the cleaning process once they have reviewed and accepted the conditions of the container(s).
